Shipping Time Estimates

After an order is placed it takes about 2-5 business days for your item(s) to be processed. Once processed it takes 12-20 business days to ship to the US and 2-6 weeks for countries outside the US.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. Delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@stonewallstore.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

How much is shipping?

Free!  We take care of the shipping & handling fees.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Yes, we successfully ship to multiple countries worldwide. 

Why didn't my order come together in one package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way.

How do I track my package?

If you would like to know where your package is, feel free to email us at support@stonewallstore.com with the subject title "Please Track My Order (Order #)" and we will gladly give you an update.

Stone Wall Store adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.  Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.  Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Do you charge sales tax?

The tax is already included in the price.
